CCustom Shower Walls is a division of Custom Shower Bases Ltd., a Canadian manufacturer specializing in custom, architectural bathroom surfaces. Our wall systems were developed to integrate seamlessly with our proven shower base designs, creating complete, cohesive bathroom solutions.
Custom Shower Walls are large-format, grout-free wall panels designed as a refined alternative to traditional tile. They deliver a seamless, modern surface with coordinated design options that reduce visual clutter and simplify long-term maintenance.
Each wall design is developed from real surface inspiration and refined for architectural use. Patterns are scaled intentionally for large-format applications to maintain natural movement and balance across full wall spans.
Custom Shower Walls are offered in two primary material options:
DiamondCore™ Panels
A lightweight, aluminum composite panel engineered for architectural wall applications. DiamondCore panels offer exceptional durability, ease of handling, and precise installation while maintaining a refined, modern appearance.Corian® Solid Surface Panels
A monolithic solid-surface option that delivers a seamless, stone-like aesthetic with integrated edge details for projects requiring a thicker profile.
The process begins with a design discussion and quote. Once details are confirmed, measurements are finalized, panels are manufactured in-house, and the completed system is shipped ready for installation.
We provide clear measuring guidelines and offer Zoom-based measurement support with our experienced technicians. This ensures accuracy before manufacturing begins, even for projects outside our local area.
Quotes are based on wall size, material selection, design choice, and edge details. Our sales team will walk you through options and help ensure the final system fits both your space and design goals.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Orders are delivered to the nearest shipping terminal to ensure safe handling and protect the finished surfaces during transport.
Do you ship to my province or state?
Yes. We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, and all U.S. states.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the nearest terminal is included in your quoted price for both Canada and the United States.
This approach significantly reduces the risk of damage during transit and ensures your panels arrive safely.
Why are shipments sent to a terminal instead of my home?
Through experience, we’ve found that the highest risk of damage occurs during final residential delivery. Shipping to a terminal allows FedEx staff to handle the panels properly and assist with loading, greatly improving delivery safety.
How long does delivery take?
Production timelines vary by project, but once fabrication is complete, shipping typically takes:
Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
How do I place an order?
Start by contacting our sales team to create a custom quote.
We offer virtual measurement appointments to help ensure accurate dimensions.
Production begins once payment is received and final measurements are approved.
Are there additional fees or hidden costs?
No. Your quote includes manufacturing and shipping to the terminal.
For projects with tighter timelines, expedited production may be available for an additional $250, subject to scheduling availability.
Can you help me with measurements if I’m not local?
Yes. We offer Zoom Measurement Meetings, where our experienced technicians guide you live through measuring and layout to ensure accuracy before fabrication.
Do you offer installation?
Installation and templating services are available in the Calgary area. For projects outside the region, we provide remote support and guidance for your installer.
Are Custom Shower Walls suitable for barrier-free or accessible showers?
Yes. When paired with our custom shower bases, wall designs can visually extend into barrier-free or low-profile shower applications, creating a seamless transition that supports accessible design goals.
What finish options are available?
Finish options vary by material.
DiamondCore™ is available in low sheen, mid sheen, and high gloss, depending on the design.
Corian® solid surface is typically finished in low to mid sheen.
Can you match an existing tile, stone, or countertop material?
Yes. We can reproduce the look of an existing tile, stone, or quartz surface and apply it to your custom shower walls. This allows surrounding materials—such as countertops or flooring—to visually connect with the shower while maintaining a clean, grout-free surface.
How heavy are the wall panels?
DiamondCore™ wall panels are exceptionally lightweight, especially when compared to solid stone or large-format tile. This makes them easier to handle, transport, and install while still delivering the depth and appearance of a premium architectural surface.
Corian® solid surface walls are also lighter than stone, though heavier than DiamondCore™, and are chosen when a monolithic solid-surface look is desired.

How do I clean and maintain the walls?
For all Walls, Routine cleaning is simple—use a mild detergent and a microfiber cloth. There’s no grout to scrub and no sealing required.
Corian® solid surface walls can also be lightly refinished over time to restore their original appearance if needed.
What warranty do you offer on shower wall panels?
Our shower wall panels are backed by a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a panel fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 15 years of purchase, we will replace it at no charge.
Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
